Spend 90 luxurious minutes easing back into your body and allowing time and space to set your intentions for 2023. We will get you comfortable and relaxed with the option of moving into various poses for approx 3-5 minutes with lots of rest in between. Also enjoy deep healing sounds with option to try the vibrations directly onto your body and chakras giving you a healing sound bath. You can do as little or as much as you feel like. Just bring your yoga mat and shawl or towel for the bolster along with an eye pillow, blankie and socks to make you extra cosy.
