Winter Suburban Escape

This half day suburban escape is a great way to relax, recharge

and explore your personal yoga practice.

Set in the boutique sanctuary of Kingston Yoga Studio,

Sare will lead you through a workshop to identify your Winter

yoga practice needs.

It will be followed by an aromatherapy presentation to support your constitution during the colder months and a nourishing wholefoods afternoon tea.

The afternoon will finish with a gentle, restorative practice and taste of Thai Yoga Massage.

Tickets are limited for this event (8 in total), with the Early Bird Price at $90 per person available to Friday, 2 August 2019, and Full Price at $100 per person.

All ticket holders will go into a draw to win a ticket to the next Yoga with Sare Suburban Escape event. The winner can claim the ticket for themselves or gift it to a friend.
