About the event
After settling into the retreat space, warm up with some gentle yoga and reflection time (with herbal tea and snacks). Then roll and release your entire body using massage and trigger ball techniques. Savour a nourishing lunch before winding down with blankies and socks for yin yoga, sound healing and relaxation. When you leave the retreat, we want you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revived.
