This mini retreat will provide Mummas-To-Be with a morning of stretching partnered with breathing exercises. Â
You will also develop your relaxation skills through guided meditations and journaling.Â
We will provide light refreshments made from wholefoods that will nourish you and baby.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Wellness Sanctuary.
