Service Description

Yin yoga is one of the most nourishing and therapeutic activities you can do. A great way to find a place of calm and peace to recharge. Holding poses for longer (generally 3-5 minutes) enables a deeper lengthening and stretching of the body. Some of the benefits of yin yoga include: · Balance – improves balance with yang activities (physically, mentally and emotionally). · Flexibility - increases flexibility especially of the connective tissues. · Strength - builds resilience and perseverance. · Circulation - improves cardiovascular and lymphatic circulation. · Wellness - reduces stress and anxiety.

Cancellation Policy

Please bring your own yoga mat and towel or shawl for the bolster. Socks and a blankie are also great for cooler weather and yin yoga sessions. We understand that sometimes life gives us unexpected events and our aim is to be as flexible as possible, however, being a small studio with limited spots, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the session you will forgo that pass unless you have exceptional circumstances.
